Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We are experienced with hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs in addition to traditional nylon rugs.

We begin with our free estimate to review your rug in your home. During our assessment, we ensure your rug is able to be safely cleaned. We then provide a detailed quote for your review. Once services are accepted, we offer free pickup and transportation to our professional cleaning facility. Test for color fastness to ensure your rug will not bleed or discolor during our cleaning process. All of our rug cleaning services are performed at our professional cleaning facility.

Our cleaning process:

  1. Test for color fastness
  2. Pre-vacuum both sides of the rug
  3. Your rug will be totally submerged in our cleaning solutions at our professional cleaning facility.
  4. Handwashing then takes place.
  5. Your rug is then placed in our drying room.
  6. After the rug is dried, it is then wrapped in craft paper for protection.
  7. Delivery is then scheduled for placement back in your home.
  8. Estimated project timeline (Pickup, Cleaning, Delivery): 3-5 days

We use the Clorox® Total 360® System Electrostatic Sprayer during our sanitizing and disinfecting process.

We have the capability to treat buildings and facilities in size of 1,000 - 1,000,000 sq/ft in size.

Our professional cleaning technicians wear full PPE gear during our cleaning process.

All employees must exit the building or facility prior to cleaning, but can re-enter one hour after our cleaning solution has been applied.
